If I could give a negative star rating thats would they would get!
I received a call from Allegiant Capital Recovery Service, the individual was looking for my deceased brother-in-law. When she called, she would only give me the abbreviation for this company. Then proceeded to tell me to look it up.
When I asked where they were calling from and what they were looking for him for her response was ACR and she couldn’t tell me what for. She proceeded to talk to me like I was an imbecile, very condescending. I again, asked why she was calling and again, where she was calling from.
When I told her my brother-in-law passed, she basically hung up!
The worst customer service I have ever had to deal with! Companies like this one has garbage for employees.

Allegiant Capital (ACR) did speak to ***** ****** regarding her brother-in-law; ******* ******. Ms. ****** did inform us that ******* had passed away this year on May 25. She wanted to know why we were contacting her about *******. Due to privacy laws, we were unable legally to disclose any information. Ms. ****** was adamant about why we were calling. The agent explained that since she was not the party we were looking for we could not discuss anything further. When asked where we were calling from she was told ACR/Allegiant Capital. She stated that was not a satisfactory answer and she was going to report the company to the BBB. Since that conversation, all numbers were removed from the account and the account was recalled from our system and sent back to our client. ***** ******, nor anyone else will be contacted in the future regarding this matter.
