    I have used Day & Night for a variety of plumbing issues (water tank replacement, a flooded basement, sewer cleaning, etc.). I found them to be honest and reasonably priced. The plumbers were always very diligent to make sure the underlying problem was identified and fully addressed. Everyone I have dealt with was always polite and professional.

    I called this company to come out and diagnose a leak either coming from shower stall or bathtub. The owner himself came out and would not open up the ceiling for a full diagnosis, I even offered to open it up myself. He let the shower run full blast and told me there is no plumbing issue in my shower. He told me the tub is the one that is leaking. This estimate cost me $170.
    I had 2 other certified larger plumbing companies give me an estimate, they both said in order to diagnose the issue properly, the ceiling needed to be opened up. Day and Night plumbing was 100% wrong - my shower stall was leaking like crazy water comes right through the ceiling (the leak was in the drain-pipe, you can clearly see it) and the bathtub is not leaking AT ALL.
    After getting these 2 other estimates, I called Day and Night Plumbing and was told by the secretary I am absolutely wrong. She kept making excuses as to why the ceiling wasn't opened for a proper estimate, and actually started flat out arguing with me. She is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. I own many rental properties and occasionally have to call plumbers and furnace guys and have never been treated like this ever. I am more upset as to how I was treated and told over and over how I was wrong, when I have other professional estimates that say otherwise. It was a waste of my $170, plus more damage was done to my ceiling because the owner let the water run full blast and the water had nowhere to go so it sat on top of my drywall. Everything was SOAKED. Had the ceiling been opened, it would have drained straight down into a bucket. When I called to have a discussion, the owner was sitting right next to the secretary and never even got on the phone. I heard her telling him. I would never recommend this company, had they been more understanding and not yelled at me when I called - I wouldn't be as upset as I am. EVEN IF YOU DONT AGREE -it's the way you TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS that's the most important!
