    They took my payment no questions asked...they stated in their form that i wanted to export to ******* which was not...i lost comission on this (30$)

    They sold me a headset that doesn't work and will not take back! avoid them. Air Spruce better

    Recently placed an order based on the delivery date they offered. Delivery date arrived and I called them to follow up. They hadn't even shipped my order yet. I was advised by customer service that the delivery date is from when the shipper picks the order up. I received an apology as there was "currently a shortage of people in the shipping department." Here's their trick: they can pick & pack and order whenever they choose. This works well for Skygeek because they have a $20 surcharge if you want to guarantee your order being picked & packed the same day. If the shipping department gets full of "immediate orders," ***** customers who don't pay the premium---they can wait till whenever. I make a point of checking delivery dates as that's important to me. Either I missed this trick or they can toggle website information any time they choose. The result: I wasted some time and money with this company and that will be the last time I do. I ordered same product from another company. Not only was it less expensive, I'm guaranteed it in two days.
