Review for AA Property Management ?????We hired AA Property Management over 3 years ago for a home renovation project they claimed would take 2 weeks. It ended up lasting over 2 months, and they left our home in disarray including significant water damage to our finished basement due to poor workmanship. The owners, ***** and *****, repeatedly assured us they would take care of the issues and compensate us, but for over a year they delayed, offering excuse after excuse. Eventually, they stopped responding to all phone calls, texts, emails, and voicemails altogether. Despite our efforts to resolve things amicably, they left us no choice but to pursue legal ********* court, they admitted fault and to cutting corners, and we won the case. However, we were only awarded a fraction of the true damages, and to this day, they have not paid the court-ordered judgment. We also had to pay out of pocket to hire licensed professionals to repair their damage which cost more than the original job.The business is now listed under their daughters name, which we believe is an attempt to evade accountability. Their pattern of behavior has been deceptive, unprofessional, and deeply frustrating.I strongly advise anyone considering working with AA Property Management to look elsewhere. Our experience has been financially and emotionally draining, and we dont want anyone else to go through what we did.

there is a loot Hi ****,Were sorry to hear that you are still unhappy with the outcome of a project that took place over three years ago. We would like to clarify several points for transparency:First, while the work was performed by a third-party contractor, we acknowledge that some issues occurred with the stonework. At the time, we attempted to resolve matters amicably and even agreed to a $5,000 settlement not as an admission of the claims made, but to avoid prolonged legal conflict. Unfortunately, we suffered a family tragedy and faced financial hardship that made immediate payment impossible. Our business temporarily closed, and we are only now beginning to recover and reestablish operations. We want to emphasize that no water damage was ever brought to our attention during the time of the project or afterward, until this review appeared. The claim of significant water damage is not supported by any documented report or communication at the time. We also maintain photographic documentation of the final job and property condition, which shows no such ******** is also incorrect and misleading to state that the business is under a different name to "evade accountability." The legal entity remains active and registered. Any assumptions beyond that are unfounded. We understand the frustration of a renovation not meeting expectations, and we take responsibility where it's due. But spreading misinformation after five years is not only damaging to our livelihood, its also unfair. We remain committed to settling any unresolved matters in good faith and within the proper legal channels, not through public defamation. If you would like to resume communication about payment on the judgment, please reach out directly and professionally. We want to resolve this like responsible adults and business owners.Sincerely,AA Property Management ***** and ****** ***** is the office manager we are a small family owned and operated buissnes
