    Not Accommodating won’t Correct their Errors! So my Team and I have been coming here for over 15 years! Last year the reservations were made in error for an addl Day! (I’m sure to benefit the New Owners!) So after my visit, my team and I do what we have done for the last 15 years we Rebook at the desk for the following year! I decided on a different Cabin because for Years that Cabin is ALWAYS EMPTY. Spoke to Ben upfront and told him what days I was coming from Thursday to Sunday! He quoted me $778. for my days stated I was all set! I even asked if he would email me a copy of the dates to ensure we did NOT HAVE THE ISSUE LIKE LAST YEAR CAUSING AN ADDL PAY FOR EXTRA DAY. Well what a waste of time! I got back home to receive an email stating that it was $400. more! ????????? WHAT???? NOT AGAIN I THOUGHT, I called the following day just to learn that it ONCE AGAIN WAS AN ERROR ON THE RESORTS PART. He claims the days he quoted was for Fri-Sun!? What? So he talked about researching the days and got back to me, the Resort DECIDED NOT TO HONOR THE BOOKING THAT I REQUESTED BUT OFFERED ME THE CABIN THAT I HAD LAST YR. (P.S. it was cheaper for the NEW CABIN Verses where I went the yr before!) Huh ?? so not Only did they charge the team an extra day this year without accommodating losing one day! Sounds like price gouging if you ask me! They won’t accommodate their QUOTED FROM THIER EMPLOYEE WHICH ADMITTED THE ERROR WAS ON HIS PART!
    SO I’ve Decided to sit out next year! The saying fool me once shame on you! Fool me twice shame on me! It’s NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION OF THE HASSLE FOR THEIR ERRORS! Disgusted Over the BEHAVIOR!
