  I purchased an expensive tint for my vehicle several months ago with the expectation that it would be properly installed. Unfortunately, my local tint shop discovered the product was too thick for my windows and couldn't proceed. Since then, Ive been in constant communication with the company, who repeatedly claimed they had alternate installers in my area. These so-called connections either never responded or disappeared after promising to coordinate directly with my shop.Its been months of weekly follow-ups on my end, chasing vague promises and getting nowhere. At this point, I wouldve preferred an honest no over the exhausting cycle of false hope. I now have a costly box of material sitting in my garage collecting dustcompletely unusable. Im disappointed in the lack of follow-through, transparency, and professionalism. Customers deserve better than being strung along.Note, I've been ghosted for over 2 months now...just simply trying to get the help I was offered.

  BEWARE I should have read the reviews before this investment... There is a reason they are so bad. Potentially the worst customer service I've ever had the displeasure if experiencing. Both their technical person and sales *** spent countless effort trying to blame me for the product not working instead of simply trying to help solve the issue. The tech guy was extremely rude and demeaning, and straight up lied about calling the battery company I was using to power the films (confirmed by reaching out myself and discovering an opposite answer than what he told me to try and blame me incorrect installation). Once I was finally able to prove to them that the power supplies they sent weren't sufficient, they made me buy news ones for $400 and only get a refund once the originals were sent back. Unsurprisingly, they then declined to give a refund and only offered store credit which is completely useless once you've bought the product already. I've honestly never experienced anything like it, and it's important to know if you ever have any issue at all - you're on your own. The product itself also has a huge amount of glitches and does not perform as good as advertised. And they won't cover anything, even when using their "certified installers" which also can't get it installed right. 0/10 on this horrible company unfortunately.

  Smart Tint was paid in full, and now they won't answer calls or emails. We've given them thousands of dollars with nothing to show for it.

  I'm owner of Digital Adjustable Window Tints? ********************* is a fraud who worked for gembah stealing patent trademark Information they should be arrested I've contacted several government agencies and reached out to *** for resolve to they should have never stolen our intellectual property we have documented and sent cease and Desist letters to all who aided, COLLUDED with these scammers. They will also hack your personal devices. They are in partnership with ****** and should be arrested I'm ********************************* and have ever recorded conversation pertinent to the ** PATENT PIRATES. We assure you at Digital Adjustable Window Tints we are non affiliated and will bring this perty business to justice. If you guys need help reach out to FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION *** WHISTLEBLOWERS PROTECTION DEPARTMENT TO FILE A COMPLAINT. WE AT DIGITAL ADJUSTABLE WINDOW TINTS? WILL NOT TOLERATE INFRINGERS NOR DEFAMATION OF OUR PATENTED PRODUCTS AND ARE TAKING NECESSARY STEPS AT PROSECUTION. AGAIN WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THESE PATENT PIRATES AND TRADEMARK THIEVES.

  @SmartTint has completely lied & claimed that I was ‘a bot’ since I gave a real review. I have posted the pic of SmartTint arriving to my home on most other sites since the bbb can’t do a pic. is proof that I purchased 2 boxes from them. They actually stated I was a competitor with a fake review. I never heard from them after the installer never showed. Please go to their
