    They talk about guided and unguided tours but when booking there was no option and dont say youll be in guided. Time on the water was limited to 1 hour and 15 minutes with the guides explaining it as "we are overbooked and need to get you back in time for the next batch of tubers." They even pushed are tubes along with their kayaks to hurry us along. In chat they talk about us able to be on the river to 5 pm. Talked about stopping on an island to enjoy eating a lunch. So we rented the cooler floats. We never stopped at the island because the guides said we were over booked and stopping with 75 people would take too long. The guides also stated they usually stop and swim in this one spot but because they had booked 75 people, we didn't have time. We ended up being on the water for only an hour. On the website they say 2.5-3 hours, or until 5 pm. The guides kept telling us we were over booked with 75 people in our group. I reached out to the company because we rented 3 cooler floats and were planning on spending the day on the water and at their private beach. We were only allowed to be on the water for 1 hour. we paid for 9 adults, 1 child and 3 cooler floats. all through my emails, 3 separate reservations.

    Hello,We proudly offer both guided and unguided tubing trips down the scenic Hudson River. Unfortunately, this particular customer mistakenly selected the wrong tour despite it clearly stating in the booking flow that the tour they were signing up for was a 2.5-3 hour guided trip. I’m sorry that they did not enjoy the trip that they purchased however we plan on continuing to offer fantastic tubing trips down the river that so many of our customers have enjoyed over the years.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They state i chose a guided tour, there was no option. Also, they state on their website that they have a private island and beach to use. The guides did not let us use those. Although we saw other people there enjoying it.
