    I recently ordered a tribute funeral spray for a family member who passed away and whose service was held at on Thursday, April 13th, 2023.He was a dignified retired Naval officer and very dear to me. I am a disabled senior and I spent a great deal of time with Perry's Florist staff member choosing, ordering, dictating my sympathy note and two phone calls days in advance. It was my hope that the above efforts would provide me with the service I expected, was promised, and paid for. I was not able to attend the funeral in person due to my disabilities and declined health.The funeral home recommended their own florist, but I decided to place my trust in Perry's Florist due to their long standing reputation, reviews and GUARANTEE of satisfaction.On April 8, 2023 I ordered the Tender Touch Standing Spray $174.95 + tax. The total charged to my **** card was USD$190.04 which is equivalent to CDN $263.61. I spent a great deal of time with Perry's Florist staff (over the phone) - to ensure that my order would be fulfilled with no concerns. I trusted in their company's promise and guarantee, reviews and reputation.I placed my order on April 8, 2023; Perry's Florist staff member said she was going to order the specific flowers in advance for my specific arrangement I ordered. She wanted to be sure that they would be in stock for the preparation of my arrangement. She ordered the flowers FIVE days prior and she also wrote a handwritten sympathy note with my dictation, as the florist's website didn't have enough characters for my note to complete an online order.I just received my **** statement and the funeral flowers photo on May 10th at which time I first emailed my complaint to them on May 10, 2023. I have emailed three times, five phone call messages for the manager, ***** and ****. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS OR EMAILS. See pictures for what I ordered and what I got. NONE of the flowers I ordered can be seen.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Perry's Florist regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    [The company gave me the smallest partial refund, which I flatly informed them is not acceptable.  I spoke with the manager and she informed me that she will speak again to the owner.  That was in June.  I have heard zero from either one of them.  I ordered an expensive tribute funeral wreath.  The flowers they provided were nothing like I ordered.  I refuse to let this company continue duping customers with false pictures and providing cheaper flowers.

    I am very disappointed in their 'so called' guarantee of satisfaction.   They don't care whatsoever after they have your money.

    I am STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK FROM THEM.  The flowers were ordered in April.  It is now mid-July.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by Perry's Florist regarding complaint ID ********.

    They promised to call me back after the manger speaks to the owner about providing me a more fair refund. To-date, they have not responded back.
