    I meet Maggie She said her company does driveways and grading of backyards, which is what I was looking to have done.
    I had had several conversations with Maggie around the backyard situation because of multiple issues that need to be addressed. The most important issue for me at the time was to get the backyard graded. Because of an over grown tree, the pitch of the yard now slopes towards the house causing water issues.
    I had tree removed to prepare for the grading of the backyard and new driveway installation by Land On. There were piles of organic material left from the grinding of the stump. I had asked Maggie said they would be used in grading of backyard. I was assured that they would use what they could, and bring additional topsoil to leave my backyard graded properly for water, runoff, and ready to just be seeded.
    That was not done.
    My appointment was in 7/18 at 7 am. I wanted to personally meet with the person on job site to go over job details. When they didn’t show I call and they said weather and my be next day. Then they said they were going to be there Monday at 7 AM again I arrange my work schedule to stay there to speak with them and they didn’t show up finally sometime after 12 o’clock noon on Monday they started the job left my property by dusk. Followed up to when they where coming back to finish, they said they where done. I reviewed the conversation we have and the expectation that the backyard would be grass ready and graded properly. In addition, I had also ask why I hap puddling in driveway.. I was told they were gonna look at and never told what the solution would be. I returned home later I see what they did with out my consent. They over laid more asphalt only on half the drive? It doesn’t look right, & had created a water runoff problem now for my neighbor because how the “seamed” it, Also creating tripping & ice hazards. The quality of the new layer of Blacktop is poor. Where drive the meets the sidewalk now is already crumbling.
