      The products are all mislabled, the business doesn't exist as she is sending products out of tennesee and the bbb has her as new york but the website is the same. she told me her name is vicky f***** but her envelope states margaret b**** and curease b**** which this company doesn't pull up. the products are defective, they are mislabled. they made me sick, they are all beef liver and not the other products as specified. They cause severe weight gain, my heart rate to drop to 40 bpm, they all have the wrong lables on them, she doesn't accept returns. wont offer refunds and is a fruadulent business with to customer reviews and what i have seen on bbb and amazon ALL PEOPLE ARE COMPLAINING SHE SWITCHES PRODUCTS AND SELLS YOU ALL BEEF LIVER WHILE LABLELING IT AS SOMETHING ELSE

      They are not all beef liver.  We have (COA) certificates of Analysis for all our products. They are made in small batches and have lot and batch numbers for quality assurance. All of the beef organ powders that you purchase are brown in color.  We are a reputable business that has been in business since 2008. Your purchase was made on Oct 18. We are happy to provide copies of the COA's if requested. Vicky works for Curease. We were located in NY but have moved to TN. Margaret B**** is the owner.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. 

      She can say she has documents for her products but that doesn't refute the fact that i had an adverse reaction to her product and that others were ineffective and all tasted the same and smelled the same. Weight gain and heart rate slowing are not indicative of a quality product. they have made no attempt to rectifiy the situation even after the product was offered to be returned. since they are all clearly packaged individually by hand at home there could have been an error on their part as the labels are all incorrect as well. any reputable business would have a return policy in place as ALL OTHER REPUTABLE SUPPLEMENT AND NUTRICUETICAL COMPANIES ALLOW FOR RETURNS OF OPENEND AND UNOPENED PRODUCTS due to error, defectiveness, damage, customer unhappiness and whatever else, they do allow for returns and refunds, at least the ones that are reputable and not trrying to hide behind lies, you can state you have certificates, the Chinese make those all the time for "real" products, still doesn't address the adverse effects, the defectiveness and the fact that human error has mislabeled bags clearly. i asked for refund and offered to return the product you claim everything is fine, i am telling you from ingesting your products that EVERYTHING IS NOT FINE
