    Been dealing with these people for over a month. They were sending me a replacement for an incorrect item. They have now sent TWO replacement items and NEITHER were for the correct item.

    As a long time customer, this is EXTREMELY frustrating. First, they sent me the wrong/a defective item initially. Then, it took two weeks for them to even respond to me. And now, they cannot even sent me the right product? I paid $60 for something and they can’t even bother to respond promptly or send the CORRECT product? Gross incompetence.

    This is absolutely ridiculous. These are very expensive items and absolutely horrific customer service. I have been a faithful R+Co customer for over a decade. I have never seen such incompetent customer service.

    I placed R+Co Order #****** on feb 19, see attached screenshot

    It said 5-7 business days to ship or to be delivered, not sure which.

    Either way it is now March 1, and the order still does not say shipped, still says it will let me know once shipped, and my email to them a few days ago has gone unanswered.

    I would like confirmation of my shipment.

    I had told my sister and others about this product and was excited to share with them. This has been a disappointing experience thus far

    This company failed to respond 3 weeks ago and I need to update the complaint anyways here. I placed R+Co Order #****** on feb 19, see attached screenshot It said 5-7 business days to ship or to be delivered, After 10 days I asked where is my order, and then I got an auto email saying cancelled. They think they refunded me but the refund bounced and they still have my money because the card used was closed and a refund was impossible. Their accounting department needs to investigate this and issue a check to the address on the order, or fulfill the order.
