    Jason (owner & contractor, Buffalo Concrete Coatings) applied a concrete coating to our pool deck last year (2022). As per the Lifetime Guarantee stated in our fully-paid receipt upon completion of their work, Buffalo Concrete Coatings promised to repair any weather-related damage after initial application. This spring (2023), my wife and I discovered numerous cracks in the pool deck and have called their offices at least three times to make an appointment to have Jason return and do the necessary repair work. The secretary at Buffalo Concrete Coatings has even asked us to provide and text (which we have done) pictures of those various cracks that are in need of immediate attention. We would just like to know why this company is so lax in its follow-through and commitment to warranty-based service calls and why it is putting off customers who have already paid them for this project as well as additional projects around our home.

    I’m responding to the complaint about the pool coating I did for ***** ********. There is a 10 year warranty on the adhesion of the coating but we do not warranty crack that happen over the winter as stated on her contract. I told her we will fix it for free as a favor but she has little patience and wants it done now. Please review and take this down as we are one of the only coating companies that take care of our customers.
