    Hi! I have house at *** ****** ******* ******** ** *****. My furnace was burn out. So I called William ******** from Buffalo heating and cooling to put new furnace. He came here and he gave me $3400 estimates to install Trane furnace 60k BTU 96% efficiency 2 stage variable speed furnace price $2400 and $1000 labor. So I paid him $3400. He came after 2 weeks and brought Trane 40k BTU single stage 96% efficiency furnace price $1410. He remove old furnace and put this there and he left. He did not complete installation. I called him and ask him when will you come back and complete installation of furnace. He said I come there next Saturday to install furnace. I wait for him till Saturday but he did not show up in Saturday. I called him few time but he did not answer me. So I texted him that you brought wrong furnace. You charged me $2400 for furnace and you brought furnace price $1410. He said Trane company made mistake. They gave me wrong furnace. I am gonna call them and change furnace with them. After few I texted him and what is update of furnace. He replied company can’t change this furnace because I made hole in this furnace. I am stuck with this furnace. I told him to take back price difference of furnace and refund me $1000 difference and install this furnace. He said ok I give you back $1000 price difference and I install this furnace on Monday. I wait for him on Monday but he did not show up on Monday and I called few times but he did not answer me. Then he replied with text I will come there on Thursday to install furnace. I wait for him till Thursday but he did not replied me. I called few times but no answer. I call him every day but no answer. I text him every day but no response. I gave him job to install furnace on February 2 2025 and not April 3 2025. He has not installed furnace and he did not even give me refund of furnace price difference $1000 and labor $800. He owe me $2000 but he never answered my phone and does not reply my text.

    On November 27 2023 I hired Buffalo Heating and Cooling to install a ***************** power back up for my home. I gave them a $4950.00 down payment. a January snow storm delayed work because of the snow. In March I was told they had problems getting parts for the power back-up units. I was told then that I was first on their list to do the work. Then in May he called and said he was going to do the install but the warehouse wasn't open the entire weekend because it was Memorial day weekend. that's the last time I've heard from him. I called a few times with no call back. My last call on 6/17/2024 I asked for a refund of my down payment since it has now been almost an 8 month delay and I no longer want him to do the work. I still have not received a call back.
