    Lakeside Concrete poured concrete around our newly installed pool and surrounding patio area on
    June 2-June 3 2022. Upon completion of job- we had several concerns that we addressed immediately with the company. I am attaching extensive documentation which should provide the details you may need.
    Our primary concerns are listed below:
    1. drainage channels were not installed and concrete was not poured in a fashion that would allow for proper drainage or runoff of water - this has resulted in pooling of water that will not dry- and permanent staining of the newly poured concrete.
    2. Before job began- we had the area around ***** doors sealed - pool builder and Lakeside agreed that the height of the doors would be the highest point in the backyard and that the concrete would not exceed the height of the doors. However, the concrete was poured significantly higher than the doors which has resulted in the collection of water and debris in the area below where the concrete was poured- there is also significant staining on the newly poured concrete as a result of this staining.
    3. Dozens on instances of concrete splatter on the newly poured concrete resulting in a sloppy and unprofessional finished product.
    4. Refusal of Lakeside to seal the concrete patio area which has only added to the staining and unsightly appearance of the newly poured concrete.

    on 07/19/2022 lakeside concrete company charged me for pool concrete but upon leaving i uncovered 6 serious problems with the job they did as follows: -concrete higher than pool against code and promised services making the concrete lean outwards to prevent rain water from getting in the pool -charged me for gutter drainage "on contract" yet they did not do that and instead installed an inch wide tube to get rid of "splashing pool water" not what i paid for which is gutter adjustment -excess concrete around the pool, they did come cut the extra concrete but while doing so they caused other concrete damage -the edge of the pool was all ruined and fell apart, they did come to fix it and now its all uneven and looks horrible -lots of cosmetic problems i have called, texted and emailed them for the last 5 weeks and got no response up until i decided to hire an attorney so they briefly showed up to "fix everything" but instead they only cut the excess concrete and refused to fix the gutter, concrete height, the new concrete damage they caused and the edging around the pool. to be completely honest i have little faith in the government protecting the people from abusive companies like lakeside concrete but because i still have slight hope that someone still cares in this world i am still sending you this complaint and hoping that you do the right thing

    Unfortunately I do not know the extent of Mr. ******' issues, when I spoke to him on the phone originally, he only mentioned 2 issues to me. We did go out and try to appease him but it seems every time he calls he has added an additional complaint. I also told him to contact us by phone, not by text as all issues should be called into the office. I will forward this message to the salesman that Mr. ****** has  been talking to along with the owner.

    We are in the process of trying to please Mr. ******. Our salesman called to meet with him however Mr. ****** said he was out of the country. He was told to contact us when he returns so we can set up an appointment to meet with him. I am sorry if Mr. ****** took offense to my response, I am just relaying information as it occured. Hopefully when Mr. ****** is available to meet with our salesman we can get things resolved.
