    I hired Mr. Goss to insulate my attic. Install baffle's and install insulation. I paid for the materials at the cost of $2400.00 and was to pay him labor $650.00. He spent all of about 8 hours total and rolled out the fiberglass insulation. he installed the baffles', He seemed ignorant about how the baffles' went in and I suggested he watch * **** to see how to install. When I went up into the attic a few weeks later, i noticed he did not push the insulation up next to the baffles'. I contacted him numerous times and he has given me the runaround. i got an estimate in the amount of $350.00 from a different contractor to fix the job. I offered Mr. Goss the option of refunding some of the money i paid him so I can hire another contractor to fix his mistake. I also sent him a letter telling him I would report him if he did not fix his mistake. if i wanted a bad job, i would not have spent money on the baffels. improperly installed, it lessons the chance of my whole insulation job. i went through the whole summer, with increased utility costs, when he promised he would put me on his schedule at the end of September .It's almost winter and i will end up spending more in heating costs because he did not finish the job up to code.
