5 starsBesroi Roofing and Siding, did an amazing job on my project. I had them out to the house after a few other companies, They showed up on time and performed the work with out any issues. My house looks better than anyone in my area.Review fromT. M.

Don’t waste your time with this company. They have the worst customer service and communication skills. They don’t respond back to you, they don’t do what they say they will do, they leave nails in the driveway, and you have to kiss their *** to get any correspondence from them at all. There are to many other fine roofing companies in western New York to have to put up with this ********.

The above is not true, Besroi always call post job to make sure everything is completed to the customers satisfaction and they are happy with all of the work. The secretary in the office called to see how the job was and if everything was taken care of per contract. The customer stated there were nails left and we offered to come back and magnet again and pick up any remaining debris which was denied by the customer. There was a request to speak to upper management which we called back within an hour. Overall, the customer admitted there was nothing wrong with the work completed or workmanship.T. M.

First Besroi has the worst customer service and now they insult you when stating the facts. The so called “owner” took weeks to call me back. And I’m not the only one to give them a bad review for the same issues. Pick another roofing company, you’ll be glad you did.Review fromWendy e

1 starwe had someone come out to estimate for a new roof. After 4 weeks we still have not had our estimate. After calling numerous times, I was told that the estimate would arrive by email. Again it did not. Very dissatisfied with this company. Would not recommend that at all.
