    I was training with ******* Beckford and have asked to cancel my training with him for ***** I asked to cancel on Monday, May 27, 2024. His policy states that there is a $100 non-refundable, however, thats all it states. I paid him $520 for the training in ***** I asked for a refund of $420, to account for the non-refundable $100. He told me thats unfair. He told me he would give me half on June first. Though I feel it is right to get my remaining balance of $420, he has not refunded me at all. When I reach out to him, he simply delays it. I want my refund of $420 and I want it without the hostility I have received from him. He does not have anything in his policy that mentions when we have to cancel for the month. Due to his frequent asking of me to change times and extreme difficulty booking times on the app, I no longer wish to continue training with him. I would like help in resolving this and I do not wish to contact him directly anymore as it just leads to more hostility and me not getting a refund.
