  This business doesn't even deserve 1 star. The owner, Alyssa, contacted my 15 yo daughter at almost 10 pm asking her to have her mother (me) remove a poor review I left on ******. I left the poor review because it was deserved. Alyssa is consumed with making money and not about customer satisfaction. As a dissatisfied customer, I am entitled to voice my dissatisfaction. She doesn't want to hear it nor does she want anyone to publish it for others to see. She called me rude, miserable and a bitch. What kind of business owner goes to a 15 yo to solve her problems? What kind of business owner calls their customers rude, miserable and a bitch when they don't hear what they want to hear? A horrible, abhorrent business owner does those things. I stand by my complaint. Alyssa needs to take a good look in the mirror and see that she could use some improvements in her business ownership and be a bit more customer focused and less concerned about making money. She also stalked my social media profile. What kind of person stalks their customers social media. She clearly needs help.

  Owner and husband are absolutely Terrible people. Owner/social media team still advertising pictures of my sisters work (she left over a year ago) and a picture of my horrible edited picture of my sister in their newsletter emails. She is false advertising by showing my sisters work like that is work a client could receive, but they cannot since she doesn’t work there anymore. Also using filters and fake teeth on pictures to show a “glow” you get from visiting her salon.

  I went today and had wispy lashes done, they look so beautiful. They are both natural and dramatic depending on how I do my makeup. The owner Alyssa knows I have an allergy to lash glue she made sure they had a sensitive glue for me ( fingers crossed that it works because I love these lashes). The salon is so cute and all the girls are friendly and very helpful.

  Extreme unprofessional. Owner Alyssa is racist! She called me and yelled at me and called me a ***** after I said I didn’t like my eye lashes. She was beyond rude. She point out multiple times that I was African American which I hate. She then went and accused me of being another person and called me a crazy *****. I use to go there every week, I couldn’t believe the lack of respect and appreciation she has for her customers. When I told her my name she replied with ***** is an Italian name and you’re not Italian. She has people doing your eye lashes that are not fully trained and uses you as practice, how was I suppose to know someone new was doing my eye lashes!? She is not respectful and does not deserve support from the African American community. She talks awful about her customers when they leave. I literally had to record the conversation when she called me because I could not believe the belittling manor in which she speaks. She has also spread false rumors about me from her past employees that came back and told me. She is not a trustworthy business person
