    We booked an ice cream truck to attend my daughter's 4-year old's birthday party and signed a contract with them. On the day of the party, they were a complete no-show. My daughter and all of her friends were devastated and we were incredibly embarrassed. Since the party was over the weekend, no one was answering the phones in their office. We didn't hear back from them until Monday stating that due to their own miscommunication, we never ended up on their schedule despite the signed contract and deposit. They offered to book another party with us, waive the $30 booking fee, but charge for everything else. I feel they could have done much better than that considering their massive screwup. The company is unreliable and the lack of professionalism shines through in their response to ruining a 4-year old's birthday party. If I could give them no stars, I would.
