We are filing a complaint to Central Tranport who intentionally destroyed our load of shipments by double stacked all our pallets with somone else pallets even we clearly stated on BOL no double stack. The pallets arrived in 8/5/24. Our receiver immediately noticed the damage. All pallets are falling apart because of double stack. We provided clearly video and pictures evidence when the pallet arrived. The driver need help to hold those pallets since those are falling apart and clearly damaged. The driver gave us one copy of BOL which we signed damaged on it. Central Transport driver asked our receiver signed receiving docs electronically. Since we only asked sign it electronically, they claim we did not claim any damage when receive which is totally false claim. They intentionally destroyed our load worth $25,385, then blindly declare the paperwork on their side is clear . They claim because we signed the electronics signature as clear. but the driver did not give us any option except sign the electronical signature and we signed the physical BOL as damaged. We provided all pictures of pallets before shipment and arrived. all clearly shows signs of double stack and damage. They just disregard all evidences including videos show how extacly those arrived and keep claim the electrical signature is clear so they do not take any resonsibility. This is totally fraud by using electrical signature and dont give a physical copy signature then claim receiver did not mark damage on the electronical devicie. The devicie is provided by central transport and our receiver will have no idea how that device works. This should not be an independant case should be investigated to stop this fraud process. Again we provided all evidence including videos and pictures that central transport need to take full responsibility for the damage in dropbox *****************************************************************************************************************************
