Hello, I haven't received a paycheck from this job in 3 weeks. The one they "lost" was from the 5th of this month. I've called and called and they keep saying they will have to re issue the check. They never did, so now I've been without that check for 3 weeks. The ppl person I spoke to said it was thier mistake and now im paying for it...literally and figuratively. This is completely unacceptable on thier part.

It appears PPL is forcing me to enroll in their limited health care insurance. I sent them an email requesting to opt out of their insurance. I do not give them permission to enroll me and I do not give them permission to interfere with my current health care insurance.
I have not heard anything from them.
I need in writing that I will not be forced into their limited health care insurance.

BBB spoke to the consumer. They have contacted her but did not adequately address this.  There are still  issues she is trying to get resolved and would still like someone to contact her.  She needs health assessment forms for the doctor to fill out.

I was forced by NEW YORK STATE into switching to a new Company for my caregiver employment. However, there has been issues with this company ever since I made the transition. The MAIN REASON is I haven't gotten paid. On April 10, 2025 Puic Partnerships Home Care, LLC delivered me a paycheck stub for the week ending April 5, 2025 stating they Direct Deposited funds into my Checking Account. However, after contacting the bank, there isn't any such deposit, attempted, approved or declined. I want my MONEY. ***** ******veven said this company is a "RACKET". I have tried contacting this company on numerous occasions. ATLEAST 5X DAY. A recording keeps stating u must press 1 to receive a callback. Though days go by & NEVER EVER received a callback for over 11 days of trying. I'm thinking this company is a fraud and I don't know wat to do!!

I registered all my daughters CDPAP aid back in February and asked if I needed to upload any documents such as Social Security or ID and they said no to just select SSA authority and enter their social security. Now that the program is rolled out my daughters aid can't get paid because after the rollout now they are requiring the documents that they initially said they didn't need. The program rolled out April 1, 2025 and it is now April 9, 2025 and they are requiring the documentation but what about them being paid for the prior week. They need to pay rent and buy food and they didn't get paid for last week.
