      I had Cancer surgery February 19th 2020, just after my wife was diagnosed with Lupus. I was rushed back into the hospital for complications spent 2 months in the hospital through Covid almost loss my life several times according to the doctors. Catseye came out 2 months after I got home from my last hospital visit, we signed up Dec 2021. We are feeling like we are being treated unfairly unkindly and unfortunately discriminated against because of race or maybe religious beliefs. We are not certain as to why they have suddenly stopped our service and have sent us bills of over $1000 to our home with claims of non payment for services we had no knowledge of having to pay. We bought the Platinum package and we denied any and all additional services like the continued home visits for pest control. We’ve called several times about not wanting additional work done if it’s not in our contract. Then out of nowhere a whopping bill alleging we owed over $1000. This is a practice that is seemingly illegal, unknowingly charge customers for unknown services and send bills for several service jobs over months then charge a whopping huge fees. Sarah told us she’d take care of it several times and the last time she said when she returns on Monday and that was over 2 months ago. We called Brian 2 weeks ago he stated he’d have her call and to no avail we received no call at all. Imagine being in your home and being misled by a business you trust to enter your home to be professional and respectful and at very least reasonable. In short they left us devastated and feeling mistreated as if they don’t see us as human beings that they respect. Adding to our health conditions and sadly enough our blood pressure has risen headaches pain & suffering. My e-mail has Jesus and ministries in it, this is why we believe the unfairness could stem from and of course color because they’ve been to our home. Feeling terribly hustled as well.

      Did not follow through, reply to many issues or ever complete the project as they said it was “too difficult” they were rude and I would never recommend.
