I ordered from these people at VAPEMOREINC.com 2 orders for an order total combined of $117.71 on 2-17-25, package was stuck on package acceptance pending, finally updated to shipped after emailing them, it is a priority mail package and 3-1-25 still haven't received my package and the order was for 2 packages hense the 2 order but it shows they only sent 1 package, I tried emailing them with no response back, I filed a dispute with my credit card company and a claim with the **** *** office inspector general postal inspectors, they will be looking into this as well but I want my refund either way whether this company gives me one, the **** or my credit card company either way i want my money back and they are already investigating this its only a matter of time, I will also file a complaint with the FTC or FCC about this scam businessInitial Complaint

I placed an order on 5/25/2024 and paid for 1-3 Day ship time. I have not received my product OR a tracking number. I have sent numerous emails and tried calling. I placed an order on November 9th order# *****, after four emails asking for a refund, no response. I believe it was after the fifth email threatening to file a complaint with the bbb, they finally responded. They said that they will initiate a refund and it will take 2 days to process, but this was December 3rd and is now December 10th, all I want is my money back because it has been 31 days since I placed this order. Yes I get it, they're very busy this time of year but without even an email stating sorry we're sold out of this item would you like a refund or would you like something else in return? I have received a call from the Business and They did explain everything in detail. I would like to mark is complaint as resolved. Submitted order 9/6/23 online from VAPEMOREINC.COM for 12 items order number 51114, as I have for the past few years. Orders always shipped within 1-2 days. After five days I submitted email 9/11/23 to customer service with no reply, but order status changed to shipped. Then next day went to awaiting shipment. On 9/20/23 still no product contacted again. Said they were out of stock of 1 item and would send everything else. Package received with only 3 of the 12 items, followed up about remaining items and out of stock items, no reply. Sent follow up emails 9/22/23 & 9/28and last on 10/5/23, called number listed all with no answers.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company, which was actually through ***********.com order number *** on 9/14. Shortly after receiving the order I had issues with my device. I’ve emailed the company a total of 3 times and have not gotten a response. I also have a large following on different social medias and I have made everyone aware of how this business handles issues. I could very easily dispute the charge with my bank, however, if the company is backing their products they should stand by them.Initial Complaint

I ordered product from this retailer on July 24 2022 I canceled order same day and still have not received credit I have tried to contact them several times no response
