5 starsPhyllis has been a trusted person for my husband and I for a number of years, making sure we have the Medicare policy best suited to our health needs.
Most recently we accidentally learned that we had several issues with our MVP policy [an unknown change in the dental plan; both of us not receiving mailed notifications; a requested reimbursement; etc.]. After many long and frustrating phone calls with customer service reps at both MVP and the new dental plan carrier, I still had not gotten clarification or reached any solutions. AND I had spent way too much of my valuable time. Exhausted, I had an "Aha" idea to call Phyllis and ask for her to intervene on our behalf.
Phyllis was empathetic to my frustration in dealing with our issues --which meant a LOT. In addition, she did intervene on our behalf and, Viola!, within a day she assured me our concerns had been addressed. We have since received confirmation, all thanks to Phyllis's professional (and magical) superpowers!Review fromSusan H

5 starsI met with Phyllis Jones to receive quotes on different health insurance plans. Phyllis is a fabulous agent…..well informed; thoroughly, but concisely and in layman’s terms, explained different plans and strategized to get the best fit for me and my husband’s needs.
She’s patient and has a warm and friendly personality. I not only give her an A+ but a hug to go with it.
I would highly recommend her to anyone.

5 starsPhyllis Jones was our Medicare Insurance Agent and she was terrific! She emailed her calendar to me and two days later we went over our insurance option! She was so prompt and efficient. She answered all my questions in a manner that I could easily understand and I never felt rushed. Phyllis knows her insurance - there
was nothing she couldn't answer. As a person she is warm, kind and very friendly. She said part of her job is to give her clients peace of mind. Well, Phyllis gave that to me, along with a hug as we said our goodbyes! I would highly recommend her????Review fromBeth N

5 starsPhyllis Jones is a terrific Medicare Advantage advisor. She was completely professional and also efficient, warm and friendly. My husband and I found her very knowledgeable regarding the various plan options and she guided us through the process in a short amount of time. She responded quickly to emails and calls and gave us a sense of security today and for the future should we have questions once the new coverage begins. Our previous health insurance carrier announced major changes for 2025 and dropped many of its most popular plans and benefits, so we were not sure where to turn for the best advice.
