      I have written to this business before about this problem, but now - because the Luxury Vinyl Flooring they installed was not properly installed in my home - the floor boards are coming loose!When their installer **** did our estimate in our home, he did not say there would be any problems with the marble threshold between the hallway and bathroom.During floor installation, they just covered the marble with the flooring. We were told at the time that they could not remove the marble because they didnt have the proper tools.Installation looked so bad that I wrote the company a letter and spoke to a couple of salespeople in the ********** store, and **** was sent back to try again. But again he said he could not cut out the marble.Now, because the flooring was not properly installed, it is coming loose.This is Carpet Depots responsibility. They need to send somebody out, pull up this part of the floor, remove the marble, and reinstall the floor properly, so it is flat.I have now sent them another email asking again that they come fix this.If they are not able to fix it, I would like a partial refund so that I can hire another company to come in and fix this.I have photos of this floor, showing their shoddy workmanship.

      The business has promised to make repairs, but the work has not yet been done - awaiting materials from supplier.

      I went to buy carpet and runner . I wanted buy runner and they asked me to deposit money and deposited $100 they come to my house to measure. It was a free estimate. They verbally gave me. Price of $750.00 but after measuring they increase price to $950.00 . It was above my budget. So I decline to buy. But kept my deposit money. When I asked them they told me that it was fee for measurement. He **** ****** was rude and unprofessional. I would recommend everyone be careful to deal with *****. He was disrespectful ,mean,rude and dishonest. He was pushing me to buy and avoid to give price before deposit. I have not seen this type of sale person.

      Carpet Depot routinely provides an estimate with the information a customer provides.  That estimate is refined (either up or down) once a measure is performed and we see all of the details of an installation.  In this case the cost increased.  If a customer declines to go further, they are certainly entitled to a refund of their deposit (less the measure fee as stated on the front of the contract).  I believe the matter was indeed resolved and the balance of the deposit less the measure fee was returned to the customer.

      I purchased vinyl flooring from carpet depot. They installed it. Two years later the floor is separating and coming apart. I spent over3,000. Dollars on this floor. I sent them pictures and call them about 5 times to settle this. They keep telling me that the manager will call me back. I gave him over a week and no call back. Maybe they cant fix the problem, I dont know. I would like a response.
