    I purchased a heat gun at *********** under DIY Tools which is their sister company. The customer service associate was so nonchalant and unhelpful. They expected me to wait for my order to arrive when it was reported lost by the courier. ******** company with zero customer service. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

    Their products should be avoided. I recently purchased a hand sander. In less than 10 uses the on/off switch broke. They do not answer emails and no one answers their customer service phone number.

    Mitra I bought a Tacklife battery T6 jumper via Amazon . The first one wouldn't charge up and the replacement one the power switch isnot working. No way to contact the company also Tacklife was kicked off Amazon. Don't buy anything from this company. I found out the reason it was kicked off Amazon was for bogus good reviews.Stop manufacturing in ***** or sell C*** ******* products in **.

    The lowest star does not even give the Tacklife T8 jump starter justice. This is a warning to all Tacklife jump starters Do Not Waste Your Money.The advertisement and the look of the product sold me. Beware!!!!!

    Bought a Tacklife standing desk from *******, and tried to register for the additional 3 month warranty. The QR code does not work nor does just visiting the listed website ************************* The website only shows a message that says "this website is Currently Unavailable". When I emailed support at ****************************, I received an automated reply from the ******************************* in Chinese.

    Offer a 24 mo warranty but when product breaks and you try to contact them you get no reply. Emailed twice with no response and called several times. First time voice mailbox was full but could leave an SMS message for call back. No call back. Next several times get a message that phone isn't taking calls. NEVER purchase their items.
