    I don't want to give this company any stars actually. I WAS happy with this company for many years, but in the last few I have had multiple unfavorable phone calls to them. My most recent issue is, I had them do a yearly inspection of my furnace, it was found to have cracks in the propane lines and I had to replace it. Their quote for a new furnace, parts needed and labor was $7650. I found this extremely high and did a search on prices for furnaces online and the most expensive was $3000. The only one I saw that was $5000, had central air included. So I'm wondering if that is what I got charged for even though I only got the furnace. I asked the worker how his quote was so high and he basically told me that was not the cost of them (?) Stupidly, I agreed to it because cold weather was coming and I needed heat. I have tried to get them to send me a detailed bill stating the cost of 1) the furnace, 2) the part needed, and 3) their labor cost but all I ever receive is an invoice with the total amount paid. Something's fishy to me.
