      1. Deceived: Not used a brand new Nozzle but used old one which caused perfectly good running burner constantly stop running, so was forced to do manual ignition up to 2 -3 am for many times, which air shutter and air band ratio set was not done properly, due to that black smoke (unburned) carbon was leaking out of furnace door, He passed buck to oil line which never had problems and sold fuel tank treatment.2.Repeated Failure to rectify :Since around Jan/2024 *********************** promised to come and rectify it, he wrote many times in text writing to come and to take care, but failed to do so months, Before his service, never once had problems as boiler system is a new system NOT 20 - 30 years old.3. Repeated failure to come back: Due to his improper service, improper air settings we do smell time to time gas as long chimney passing through inside house has small cracks surrounding perimeter of multiple fireplaces etc.4. Patiently had been waiting over month and reminded him many times to come back to rectify, and each time wrote back in writing by text will come back for several times but failed to come back, as of yesterday Feb 27, 2024 now refusing to come back, so INEVITABLY, AFTER EXHAUSTION OF EFFORTS, WRITING THIS REVIEW AS TO AVOID OTHER CUSTOMER NOT TO GET ***** LIKE US.

      This person called me up and asked me to come to his house to fix a clogged oil line i told him not a problem there is a cost for it told him the cost to come on out and clear line he said he will.contact ************ consumer affairs if i do not come there for free i told him that im sorry sir you cannot force me to come to your house fr free by giving me threats to call someone else this person kept on contacting me and giving me more threats to come to his house i kindly told him to stop contacting me or i will have no choice to get authority involved so now he is posting on my sites because i would not provide a free service to this person
