    On 0ct 8 2022 . I went into Blue Rose Formal to look for a formal dress for my son wedding.. I didnt see the color dress I wanted, so Vidal the owner give me a book to pick out the dress I pick out a Marigold gown I purchased the gown for $271.55. He stated to get the gown in 3x. I suggestions Extra large . He stated when alternate a gown to get it bigger size so when alternate it cut down easier to the body. He says he the expert so I agree. The dress came in from being order. I love the. Color and gown. So I paid $81.46 for alternation. When I pick up the dress I told him about the stain from finger prints and the wrinkles. I notice the waistline was incorrected He said when I go get it press out everything will fall into place. I took the gown to several dry cleaners and they would not touch the dress because of the poorly alterations. And didn't want to be responsible for the garment. I called and emailed BLUE ROSE sent pictures of the poorly alterations. He did tell me to bring the gown back so they can fix it. But I couldn't due my work schedule and the distance of the store. I asked can I have the cost of the alterations back. I haven't gotten no response

     I was 4contact and the store isn't acknowledging there wrong doing.  He offered me  40 dollars  on a 382 dollars  dress.  I declined the offer

    Hello I have contacted this customer about the issue we agree that I will give her haft the alteration money in the amount of $40

    she agreed  to the request. She then reach back out to you BBB stated she declined the offer.

    This customer has a history of complaining action against stores where ever she goes.

    We was very nice to her she came last minute needed a dress stated she look all over and could not find a dress.

    we even expedite the shipment at no additional cost to her just so she can have the dress

    also when she first contacted us about the issue we agree to take the dress back but she said she will wear it as is.

    We try with this client she just try to get her money back because she worn the dress already.
