    On 4/23/2023 I used a a drop off laundry service with a small woman named **** that work there. I brought my clothes inside. **** weight my clothes, told me the amount. I paid in advance. **** told me my clothes would be ready Monday on 4/24/2023. I come to pick up my clothes. **** looks for my laundry bags and precedes to give bags that werent mine. I show her my ticket and she has me go in back to check to see if my bags were there. **** said - Im sorry I gave your clothes to someone else . I asked is she can call him and she stated I doesnt have his phone number and whats the big deal you can wait one or two day will not kill you I never make mistake- you make mistakes she was yelling and telling me its not her problem that I dont have clothes. I asked for my money back, for the inconvenience and her telling me its not her problem. After she said no,I asked to speak with management/ owner. When she spoke with the owner she lied and said I did not pay and ** causing a problem over clothes she accidentally gave to someone else. She told me the owner is not going to give my money back and I have to wait for my clothes to be returned.

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by FJM Laundromat-Lindenhurst regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    When I received my clothes the next day. The same woman( ****) was there to give hand them over. She wheeled the cart ***be a couple of feet. When she wheeled it, it was next to a chair which was difficult for me to maneuver the bags out., heres your clothes . Still with her nasty attitude from the day prior. When I picked it up I noticed one of my bags was torn or cut . Once I put the bags in the car, the torn or cut section starting to spread and  popped open, that when I notice a pink shirt champion shirt of my mine had a couple of brown stains on it. It looked burned or like dried p*** I didnt want risk the thought of what it could be, So I threw the shirt out.
     I dont care if I dont get a refund. This woman named **** is horrible and malicious. Every one needs to know if they go to THIS Laundromat, their experience *** not be satisfactory or pleasant dealing with someone who does not take accountability for their actions and is extremely rude. You cant be strong and wrong.
