    This plumber insisted on being paid in full BEFORE he completed the job. This has been going on since May, 2024. It is now August 2024 and he has left his trash all over my yard, left the yard with a dangerous open ditch. He does not return messages or calls. When I finally do manage to speak with him, he keeps making appointments and then does not show up. The last appointment was for last Wednesday morning--July 31, 2024; the gas line inspection was supposed to happen and right after that, the plumber was supposed to close up that deep trench that runs the length of almost my entire yard--at least 100 feet. NO ONE SHOWED UP, NO ONE CALLED ME and NO ONE has returned my texts or calls. This work must be completed immediately. No more excuses! Very Important: I need the plumbing certificate!!!!!!
