  I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of the receptionist at your establishment on 09/04/2024. During our phone call, we encountered an unprofessional and rude attitude from her.Specifically, the receptionist threatened to call the police simply because we were not in the exact location she had directed us to. My brother, who has limited English proficiency, struggled to understand her instructions and was met with condescension and rudeness. Additionally, while I was trying to address the situation over the phone, she abruptly hung up on me.This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at your establishment. I have never encountered any issues or problems until this day. This incident has been deeply disappointing and distressing.I hope you can address this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future.

  First and foremost we apologize if you feel your brother was treated poorly, that is certainly not what we set out to accomplish. If he does have a language barrier I would suggest that you step in and assist, apparently your level of English is superior and if you were with him I can't understand why you wouldn't help.When a vehicle is repossessed it can be a traumatic experience and historically debtors have a hard time listening to instructions and strictly focus on their car. This sometimes leads to confusion.The next time a vehicle is repossessed please assist so that he will get clear and concise instructions.Our employees have been addressed.

  i started by bringing them bagels everything was good; then i read the form that they wanted me to sign. on that form the first line says i have inspected my vehicle and everything was ok sign here . . they try to get you to sign a form stating that you inspected your car and everything is fine before they bring the car to you . when you ask to inspect your car they get an attitude and make you wait longer. (thats the way it seemed to me) they seem to have a few good people working for them but unfortunately they also have low lifes there as well . they also change their hours on a whim not very professional

  Thank you for your concerns. After carefully reviewing the facts of your complaint and name calling which I would dismiss as unprofessional, it appears that you attempted to assault one of our employees. We wear bodycams to thwart any accusations and after review a police report is being filed.Everything else in your statement is completely erroneous. No one forces anyone to sign anything. You asked to inspect your vehicle and were granted that opportunity. You sir chose to reach into the vehicle and grab my employee aggressively without permission.

  This company is absolutely horrible. From the receptionist to the manager. They have no regard for anything, no ************** can guarantee they wont be in business too long w/ their illegal practices. They force you to sign for your property before ensuring all property is out of the car. There were so many missing items out the car I never received its ridiculous. My uggs were missing UGGS!!! Who steals uggs? A fan, my jumper cables. All of my paperwork that was in the car was never given back. When I refused to sign the personal property form I was told well you wont get your property. This business really needs to be shut down. They can learn something from other tow companies because no good will ever come to the owner of this property. Its a hole in the wall in ************. Every single person in this company makes EVERYTHING harder than what it should be!!!! I believe in ********* does not like ugly & this company will be out of business soon!! Once the attorney general of ** gets enough complaints from the illegal practices of this company. Even the owner responding to the bad reviews you can tell he/she is a big POS.

  Thank you for your concerns. Unfortunately we live in a world that has rules. Its a fairly simple concept. If you follow the rules you will get positive results. We recommend you put your energy into following rules instead of posting erroneous complaints.

  I received a PORTION of my items as previously stated!! I did NOT receive all of my items!! There were many missing ********* was not given the option to CONFIRM I RECEIVED EVERYTHING by signing the property release AFTER going through my things. Instead I was forced to sign before hand!!

  ***** is a problem she has not self control over her emotion when dealing with new customers this tow company is taking advantage of the little power they have I was harrassed and verbally assaulted by one of there male managers I had to call the police twice I express how I felt unsafe coming out there alone but I was told I wouldn't get my car back if I brought someone they are trying to use the car as a controller every other word was then you won't get your car back second another women tried to get me too sign a waver saying that I inspected my car when I didn't I told her im not signing till I see my car she made me wait in the cold for an hr and half just to get my car back over all a very terrible experience I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy they need to learn patients and common manners not everyone get a repo it was my first one I had no clue what was going on they made me feel unsafe and confused please be sure to record everything they also damaged my car on both front sides and loosened my back passenger tire smh they are money hungry as well you can tell how sad they looked when I was driving away with ,my car im sure this has happen to other people

  This review is completely erroneous. The complainant actually attempted to strike our employees with her car. While we understand having your property taken due to your own negligence can be stressful the simple fact of the matter is that there are rules in life. If you play by the rules you will always win.You refused to comply with our procedures and rules. Unfortunately life doesn't work that way. As a result of your own frustration you felt the need to post an erroneous review with rambling sentences that are not very coherent. I suggest in the future you follow directions and the rules set forth, you will have a much better result and experience.
