    I went to TJ's on February the 20th 2025 at about 12:00 p.m. made a purchase for 62 bucks they told me purchasing something high end .rolled it up took a puff felt like I was smoking paper and it immediately gave me a headache and made me feel dizzy I immediately went back and tried to speak with a manager or a supervisor that didn't go nowhere. They went to describing all types of scenarios. I have everything on video I requested my money back and they told me I cannot receive my money back very bad business product is very bad I don't know what's in the product. My next step is having them served by the police department I will do that tomorrow.

    To whom it may concern:
    I'm writing to seek a refund or replacement on a product I purchased 9/20/2024. The product was from ** **** ******** ******* ** Blunt. This business is a Cannabis Business. The product in the container was only a 1g Blunt from the company whom manufactured it. I attempted to resolve the obstacle with the owner TJ whom was extremely unprofessional on the phone TJ wouldn't allow a replacement or refund he even was aggressive verbally on the phone call. I expressed I have purchased this product elsewhere and have never received an incorrect product. Please be advised as this individual has poor business acumen and conflict resolution. I'm attaching two photos of what product I received and a picture of how the product I purchased should look from the ** Company. I am seeking a refund or replacement of the actual product.

    Please be advised the owner TJ weighed only the boxes and tried to tell my boyfriend earlier in the day when I sent him as I had to work to have an appropriate consumer resolve.

    The business engaged in deceptive advertising and refused to honor their advertised price, overcharging me and then refusing to give me the difference for the correct price. I have pictures of the signage saying "PINES 1/8 $33". They instead charged me $43. When confronted the owner insisted it was for that whole brand (PINES) except the one variety I got. This was bout stated anywhere, and the one I got was not in a different location. All different varieties of this brand where in the same location, behind the same price signage. This is an illegal practice of deceptive advertisement and pricing. I will continue to pursue all legal avenues available.
