      Dishonest advertising - I visited the Syracuse location and found a couch that I fell in love with. However, I wasn’t ready to purchase it yet. After some thought, I decided to purchase the couch online. The advertising on their website offers 36 month interest free financing. I purchased the couch, did the math on how much I would need to pay every month so that I would avoid interest. Then to my surprise, a $700 charge for back interest appeared on my card. Apparently, I only received 12 month interest free financing. I should have read the fine print more closely, so I will take responsibility for that. However. I still get emails from them that says “36 month financing, interest free financing with no minimum purchase.” Instead, the emails should say 12-36 month interest free financing pending approval, or something along those lines. I believe this is deceptive. I called Dunk and Bright, and they told me to call ********* Bank, and ********* Bank told me to call Dunk and Bright. I can’t be the only alone to be fooled by their advertising. I love the couch, but I will NEVER buy anything from them again due to their lack of not being completely transparent with financing options.
