    August16 2024 stayed in a room at Super8 by Wyndham in Liverpool. We found used hypodermic needle in suite sink , dried feces in bathroom as well as on bedspread , smell of stale cigarette smoke in bedding, the list continues but I see no need to complete list. I trie to speak with manager Ankur P**** whom will not take my call. I did contact corporate office whom offered me point equaling $60 . I need to see a physician do to contact with used needle . Many sleepless nights followed.

    i made a two day reservation and they charged me a $50.00 deposit. Now they refuse to refund my money back to my debit card.

    Please see the attached folio. This folio shows guest's VISA ending in **** was refunded the $50 deposit upon check-out on 2/06/2024.

    Guest was charged for a two day stay in the amount of $139.42. No other charges have been posted.

    The folio the guest presented was printed BEFORE check out, which would not show the reversal.

    As noted on the departure folio that I have attached, $50 has been refunded to the guest on 2/06/2024, therefore, please close this case.
