    DO NOT RENT FROM TJMG, EPSECIALLY AT WALNUT WEST APARTMENTS. If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. Currently unable to drive my car because, according to the plow service, they haven't been paid in over 2 months. Pretty sure I just blew my engine trying to get out of my parking spot. Been here 6 years and BY FAR, THE, ABSOLUTE, WORST, MANAGEMENT of anywhere I've ever lived. The driveway has been riddled with potholes despite MANY of us residents notifying them, damaging our vehicles and even popping a tire on a new model ********. Their maintenance solutions are, at best, haphazard, with poor solutions to serious issues - IF they address your concerns and problems at all. Our porch, THE ONLY EXIT FROM OUR APARTMENT, is slippery and green with how much moss or mildew or whatever is built up on there. The screen door fell apart due to age and neglect. MY FATHER FELL THROUGH THE STEPS OF OUR PORCH! Before they replaced those. BUT THEY LEFT THE REST OF THE PORCH WHICH IS FALLING APART. There are no banisters to guard against our kids falling from between the railings so I put up netting. And even though we have REPEATEDLY notified them of mold being present, they deny it and have done NOTHING to test or look or anything. We also replaced the old air conditioner on our own due to the presence of black mold you could visually see but they denied that as well. We have also had water POURING down our cupboards, filling up a light fixture all the way up to the bulbs, dripping down our breaker box and HAD TO CALL THE FIRE DEPARTMENT before maintenence decided they would stop by. TJMG Properties...You will have us residents forming against you. We are NOT paying rent. It will be held in an account until you fix the LONG list of things you have neglected. A lawyer has been contacted. And we are within our rights to exercise these things. DO NOT RENT FROM TJMG Properties. I'm normally a very reasonable person. But enough is enough.

    This tenant just submitted workorders to be looked at, validated as needed and will be address accordingly. Since a lawyer has been contacted, we will work with the lawyer alongside ours as needed. This tenant renewed their lease as well.
