  I am currently a client of Mathew N****** and he has helped me every step of the way! We are currently waiting to hear from ssd after My case was reversed by Fed court. Matthew and his team has always been upfront with me about the process and encouraged me to fight when I was discouraged by the SSD. I am proud to be represented by the best law firm in my area!!

  We all have regrettable decisions in life, but retaining The People's Representative, LLC was one of my best. I interviewed other firms - they were impersonal and treated clients' cases like a factory. This firm is professional, determined, and top at what they do. If you want fierce and skilled people advocating for you, hire them. They consistently answered all of my calls personally (no bots) and welcomed my opinions. Oh - and they happen to be kind, decent people. Any client leaving negative reviews here, is either dishonest, a bitter person, or projecting their own bad behavior and attitudes. I was treated as equally as important as higher-payout cases. They knew I deserved to win, and I did! I would give them 10 stars. Hire them and thank me later.

  Do not question him at all he will attack you personally. He turns into a two year-old and starts to deflect by name calling. If you have time to read his bad reviews and how he has responded to them you will see clearly what type of person you will be dealing with. (check multiple sites) If you question why you , yourself are filling out all of the documents needed then you turn into a *** ****. I do not recommend using him. He has a huge ego and never even speaks with you. I asked to speak with him after I was treated extremely rudely by his perils legal. He then jumped on the phone for two seconds started yelling at me and said he is dropping me from his firm and hung up on me. I had called his office because I had concerns that I was filling out the same information that I had already previously sent in to his office. The new forms did not ask for my signature so I didn’t understand why they couldn’t fill them out. I also stated that I did have the forms filled out and asked if I could email them or fax them to his office. They said no…. I have to physically mail them in. So you should expect when a court or judge needs a form you will be the one filing out paperwork. If you do have any questions or concerns. Do not trust what the letters that they send you say. You need to be very afraid to call about your concerns. I had only asked what I was paying them for when I was the one filling out the forms and that all they had to do was send them in. I finally talked to Matt he jumped on the phone to yell at me saying he was discharging me and then he hung up the phone on me. He then sent me a letter stating that he was discharging me from his firm and was not waving his right to charge me in this matter. I’d like to also note that he sent my full name my full social security number and my address in a letter that he sent me in the mail. That was very unprofessional and completely unacceptable. I would not trust him with your personal information..

  I highly recommend The People's Representative. Matthew and his associates are very professional and friendly and they really took charge of my case; I had to do practically nothing! Any time I called with a question, an actual person answered, not a robot! They didn't leave me waiting for a call back they were able to answer any inquiry I had . The People's Representative won my case and did it much sooner than I had expected! These are your " go to" people!

  Started off as a Normal SSDI Claim! I knew what to expect! I knew what to expect at least a yr! And it was a pretty much a year to date! I talked to the Lawyer once, thru the whole process, the rest of the time I talk to his associates! Unfortunately! After I was approved for SSDI! They were done with me, and it was all down hill from there! I had of course as anyone would when my Comp stop, probably, called more often than before to check on the timeline! As I was worried about money, and running low now that I wasn't getting Comp! Every time I called, I let his associates, know I had no money, coming in, apologized for bugging them, but was getting worried! Finally it came through! Only thing! They deducted Almost $1000 from me because they were not informed I wasn't getting comp anymore????? When I called PPL Rep. to ask them if they could please tell me what happen here and if they could help me figure this out! The Associate, replied:" We did what we had to do, we got you your SSDI, you got to figure that out!! " IN OTHER WORDS! WE GOT OUR MONEY! Or at least that's what my ears heard? So for the past 4 months after waiting a year, here I am struggling once again with SSDI! Through no fault of my own, because I trusted my Representative would know what proper paperwork would have to be submitted, so I would have to say , be careful and make sure your lawyer knows what's going g on with his associates!

  This is absolute nonsense. A 2 star review for winning your case -- without going to Court and in less than 10 months? This client is ungrateful.
  Furthermore, it is NOT on the SSD representative to inform the Administration of NYS Workers’ Compensation. The claimant reports that, and the Administration has direct access to the NYS WCB claim file. With that said, our notes reveal that in October of 2023 the client was instructed by our office to send the NYS Workers' Compensation information to our office to forward to the Administration. The client failed to do so.
  And as we previously indicated, the client is being offset due to a Federal statute, not any fault of our office. The Administration, by law, will not allow a claimant to put more money in their pocket from NYS Workers' Compensation and SSD. The receipt of NYS Workers' Compensation will reduce SSD -- if this did not happen the legal term is unjust enrichment.

  If I could give mire than 5 stars I would!
  I am honored to be a client of Mr. N****** and The People’s Representative. I would highly recommend to work with them from the start. They are working on my claim with diligence and professionalism.
  Throughout the entire process everyone at The People’s Representative especially Mr. N****** are easy to communicate with. They told me upfront what to expect and to ease my nervousness.
  The Peoples Representative continue to work with me on my claim. I am so grateful and fortunate that we are working together!
