    Jeremy L****** - Four Seasons Tree Service, Baldwinsville NY. I signed a contract for seasonal plowing with Jeremy L****** of Four Seasons Tree Service, Baldwinsville NY. He plowed my driveway twice, both times with me having to contact him though emails, he would not answer his phone or respond to any text messages. He has not come back to plow since 1/4/25. I have had to pay another person to plow my driveway. I checked his webpage for Four Seasons Tree Service and one other person stated (in Reviews), that he had scammed them also. I tried going back to the web page again to see if there were more bad reviews of other that had been scammed from him. He has taken the web page down.

    I signed a contract on November 22, 2024 for plowing for the season. Jeremy l****** put stakes down on December 2, 2024 after me reminding him. He has only plowed twice. On January 4, 2025 after I asked him to come after a snowfall. I don't remember the other date. On January 15, 2025 we had about 6-8 inches of snow. I texted him at 6:28 am to tell him I was leaving for work and the driveway would be empty. When I talked to my husband in the afternoon he said it wasn't plowed yet. I texted Jeremy at 3:48 pm to tell him I was on my way home and needed the driveway done. No response. I left a voice-mail. Then every time after that the voice-mail was full. I texted and told him it doesn't look good to scam a disabled veteran (my husband). I told him I just want my money back.

    This company was hired to plow my 96 year old and 93 year old parents driveway. They were paid in full in October 2024. The contract is for plowing 3 inches or more from November 1st 2024 to April 1st 2025. I have had to constantly call or text to see where and when they would be there to plow. After getting a foot of snow overnight and throughout the day they never showed! I've called and they aren't receiving voicemail because their mailbox is full and are now ghosting text messages. Our main concern which was expressed at time was emergency vehicles being able to safely enter my parents home.

    We hired Jeremy‘s company to cut down two maple trees. We gave him a deposit of $1,800 which he cashes right away. We can pull bank records showing this I also have text from him and photos also. Even if we don’t get any money back I would like to report his business. So the day came they were supposed to cut down a tree on a Thursday apparently he doesn’t have enough crewmembers so he outsourced someone that have their own company who is supposed to be here just to climb and cut off Limbs he was supposed to have Some people from his company and crew here also which he did not. These are very large trees there is no way one person should’ve been doing that. So John who was here was not happy. Jeremy showed up here for two hours to hold some ropes and left. Our yard was left a complete mess, some grass even died. The next day Jeremy called my husband and told us that our yard was going to have to sit like that for a week. My husband was like absolutely not he had told us he could get the job done in two days when we initially signed the contract and I get things happen but this is totally unacceptable so he promised us our job was his first priority and he would have a whole entire crew here on Monday! So Monday rolls around nobody showed up nobody heard from Jeremy at all we have this mess all over our yard John who has his own business came he said he spoke with Jeremy and he was at a landscaping job so clearly our job wasn’t his first priority he lied to me several times. He lied to John and ever paid John. When John was here all by himself he actually had to hire somebody to help him with these huge trees and pay out of pocked to dump the Debris. So at this point Jeremy had only come for the couple hours I wrote him and asked for our deposit back minus a few hundred dollars for the few hours he was here since none of his equipment was even used And no one from his supposed crew show up here at all. Please contact me not enough room more to the story
