    Date of transaction 03/05/2025 *********** yarbo was to deliver a working yard robot with accessories for the amount of $5,030.04. *********** took 4 weeks to fully deliver the product when the inital agreement was 7-10 days delivery. Additionally, the product has never worked as intended. Over a dozen attempts have been made to remedy the situation with yarbo with no success. All inquiries about issues have been resonded by them with saying they will have someone from another department call me, which either does not happen or the problem just isnt resolved. Their return policy for return is 30 days. I told them if issues were not resolved the product needs to be returned. The product is currently not functuonal in any capacity. I have request a return/refund from yarbo four times. They have ignored every request until a dispute with the credit company was opened.

    Purchase a yarbo mower and straight out of the box had problems with it working correctly. Contact ******* walk threw solutions with there support then got it to work but fails to do job to it's fullest and has to be reprogrammed ever time it is used . Contact ******* support multiple times and on last time ask to return and they are not taking back as a return . This product is almost $5,000.00 dollars and they have a return policy but not returning it upon my request. Seen on foarms others are hovering same problem and are not able to get a return either

    I purchased a modular robot that takes attachments for outside autonomous yard work. I have a problem with the snowblower attachment and are attempting to return the unopened product back to the company. The problem is that the want to force me to pay to return the product even though it does not perform as advertised. The unit was is advertised with front facing obstacle avoidance radar that had never worked and is still disabled by the company. Apparently they are still selling and shipping units without informing the customer of the disabled feature. That makes the unit dangerous and the owners liable for damages that may occur when using the unit with no forward safety features. I am attempting to return the snowblower attachment at their cost at a full refund

    I am writing to file a complaint against Yarbo regarding a refund that has not been processed despite my compliance with their return policy.I purchased a Yarbo system and returned it well within the 30-day return period using the ***** shipping label provided by Yarbo. Yarbo confirmed that my return was approved and that I would receive my refund within 5-7 business days. However, it has now been over 3 weeks since the return, and I have not received the refund.I have contacted Yarbo multiple times requesting proof of the refund, but they continue to tell me to be patient and have not provided any further information or resolution.Given the significant delay and lack of clear communication from Yarbo, I am seeking the assistance of the Better Business Bureau to help resolve this matter and ensure that I receive the refund I am owed.
