    They changed our move date several times, when they delivered my home, they took my mailbox out and never put it back, ( they threw the whole thing in the ditch). they never responded to me in a timely manner. when i told them that i had to pay for a motel for 2weeks longer than i was suppose to they told me that their truck broke down and it wasn't their fault. my move date was suppose be November 13th and they didn't move it until November 30th,2023. they still have not finished the set up. i was told by the reception that they hook up septic and water, then when i spoke with the rep she said i needed to pay extra for it and it wasn't in my contract,
    i called them the end of August to schedule the move and was told it would be around October 20th,2023. then when i called again they said November 7th, 2023 and then it was November 13th,2023. they actually moved it Nov 30th,2023 and didn't finish the set up. i still have not heard if they are refunding me any money yet, i keep getting told " I'll talk to the owners" by Kelsi their Rep.
