Horrible bisinrss. Had my car for almost a month after a deer ran into my car. Orange peeled paint job, deer hair left in my rim after they charged my insurance company for it and my heater was working before I brought it in and now it's NOT!!!

We purchased a 2019 ********** in 2021 from West Herr. We are both senior citizens. Purchasing a vehicle from West Herr was, by far, one of the worst car purchase experiences of our life. The level of service was abysmal and we will never do business with them again. When purchasing the vehicle from the Canandaigua dealership, the salesperson transferred the plates from my old car to the Mini. In doing so, the salesperson enclosed the rear license plate in a plastic "West Herr" license plate holder. The individual used bolts from my old car, and the threads did not match the threads of the nuts that were used. The nuts didn't screw onto the bolts much past the tip of the bolt and therefore the nuts did not properly recess into the back of the plastic holder and caused damage to the underlying car body. So we made repeated trips to the Lockport collision center to have a repair done. We were first told that they were short-staffed and couldn't do the repair for a couple of weeks. When we went back in a couple of weeks, we were told we would have to leave the car there for 3-4 days. We couldn't do that, of course, because that was our sole vehicle. After another trip and more excuses, I finally repaired the damage myself. But let us backtrack. When purchasing the car, I indicated to at least two different staffers that while we were financing the purchase, we will be paying it off in six months. Instead, the entire interest was capitalized and added to our loan. They kept their mouth shut, knowing that they were completely screwing us by removing the possibility of saving money by paying the loan off early, and not being truthful and forthright by informing us of this. I complained directly to West Herr CEO Scott B***** on their website and copied several executives. There was no response.
