         In June of 2024 I gave $2000.00 cash to ResCom Inc. then 10 days later he was given $2000.00 cash additional.

         He never showed up to begin the job - NO response form M G********

      We have been in touch with the customer several times since we signed them up. And he has been informed of everything has been purchased for the project. And when we ask him we're we can drop it off he told us we can't drop it of until we were able to start and complete the job. And we had a Heart attack which the doctor said we had to not work for a couple of months which we let the customer know and they we ok with that. Then when we were able to start up work again we let them know and he wanted us to put other on the back burner until we finished him first. But there were other who were in line first. And we still have been in touch at least once a week to inform them what's going on and that we want to bring his materials to them. We have not been able to make on 4-25-25. But we have let him know we will be there on 5-2-25. Again we have been in touch w8th them via phone and text messages.  Sincerely MICHAEL GODLEWSKI OWNER OF RESCOM GC INC.

      Contracted with them to do construction project at my home. paid one half of the amount at contract signing. Construction was to begin June 23rd. They strung me along with excuses all summer long. Communication was most always initiated by myself. Last contact I have had with them was at the end of August. I tried several timesat in September to contact them, but never got a response. No materials were ever delivered and they never came back to my house after the contract signing.
