    On March 23, 2023 we brought in our ****** ******* clarinet, serial number **************, to be serviced for a broken key. The owner indicated that she would be taking it to the man that she uses for repairs that same evening and that the repairs should be completed within a few days.
    Since that date we have not heard back from anyone and have exhausted all attempts to contact them for a status. We have attempted to stop by the store on many occasions, called the store phone number, cell phone number, and sent text messages, emails and ******** messages and sent written letters to both the store and home address but have received no response.
    Over a month ago they posted a note on the store door that they would be opening again soon but there has been no update. My daughter needs her instrument back or I need to purchase a new one. I don't care if it is fixed or not, I just want it back.

    I took my 7-string ******* ***** ******* electric guitar to Tge Lockport Music Center to get my guitar set up for a lower tuning, purchased own strings for them to put on it as well. This was in January or February. It’s been past 4 months since I took my property to them hoping that they would help me fix my problems I was having. Little did I know that 4 months later they would absolutely GHOST ME! Their numbers provided by their website and ******, do not work, their store always appears closed even on the weekdays. I seriously am getting the law involved with this as well as filing a claim with my BBB. Please see my complaint, and help me solve this issue. I fear for my guitar that I will never see it again

    Everything that I’ve said in my previous complaint still stands true and with 100% honesty. I unfortunately have no other contact information to provide other than what I have already provided. They do not answer emails, do not answer their phone, and their store is always closed whenever I have stopped by. This is beyond concerning to the fullest.
