    Bought a car 4 months ago, only to have 8k in repairs needed because of a faulty seal and not being transparent about issues. When I asked options, they said I was "out of luck" and the advisor joked "I'm the grim reaper" while telling me I'm on my own for these repairs 30 days after my 90 day expired. Will never do business or recommend anyone do business with a basil business

    I wanted to leave a better review, but I am just so utterly disappointed with the service I received from Basil after being a customer for 6+ years. They literally SCREWED me with my lease turn in because I was not getting another vehicle from them.
    A month ago, they told me how I had all this equity in my vehicle, and they would write me a check on the spot when I turned it in. Well when it came time to turn it in, the market “took a hit” and they could only give me 1k less than my residual. My car is now posted for sale for almost 7k more than what they gave me. All I asked was to walk away free and clear.
    On top of all that, they seem to be completely clueless and I have gotten several phone calls, text messages and emails from them asking if I was ready to “discuss my next vehicle since my lease was up”. I turned the car in a week ago. We will not be doing business with any Basil dealership in the future, or recommending them.
