    On February 27,2023 I purchased a 2019 **** ********, with 7000 down payment. The car came with 53200 miles. On February 28,2023 is when I bring it to my sales person's attention, because I felt like there was something off about the car. This
    is when my nightmare began with this ****. On March 31,2023 | was able to get my **** in the shop at West Herr of lockport. The service advisor was Joseph N*****.
    Invoice service noted customer stats, abnormal noises heard during the vehicle operation. They found the noise to be normal, I did get my brakes, rotors, and cooler housing replaced. This is not even 30 days of purchasing my ****. I continued to drive my **** after March 31, 2023 of it being in the shop. The noise I was hearing was still there even after waiting at the shop for it to be serviced. As i was driving home i thought
    it was just normal for my vehicle to sound that way, because even after going to service,
    they stated that it was normal to operate with noise. I continued to drive my **** even
    though deep down inside. I just knew something wasn't right. But the dealership was not honest with me and at some point in time it started to drive me crazy. The fear of me not knowing if my **** was going to break down on me, or if was safe. On May 15,2023 | messaged Jen W*****. My sales person letting her know that the ****, i purchased has been having problems since i bought it. Also since I purchased the vehicle I have been hearing the noise whenever I make a right or
    left turn. I took it to get looked at, by a mechanic shop to make sure, i was not delusional of this noise, the vehicle had been diagnosed, with a messed up transfer case. expressed how i was not satisfied, with the ongoing problems and was wondering, how we should go about it, as I was still under the 60,000 miles for the vehicle. After a few times of me calling my sales person, she advised me that since it was still under 60,000 miles manufacturer warranty.
