      Can’t leave zero stars. Went into store to buy new IPhone and then switch another phone over from ATT. This would make me having nine lines as a longtime Verizon customer. Spent three visits, over seven hours wasting my time while they messed up my phones. Left first time with a phone that was “set up” only to leave store and not have it working. Never mind employee getting mad at regional person on phone and almost flipping the stool over. Back second day to fix that issue and get new phone. Again, wasted time, still without new phone and line switched over messed up. Third visit was told they are a retail store, not technical support. They messed up our lines, yet could not fix them. Hours wasted with no compensation for our time off work and phone is still not fixed.
