      I purchased a bottle of the lilac lotion at the 2024 Rochester Lilac Festival.. There is no problem with the lotion. But, there IS a problem with the pump. It does not work at all! I have been unsuccessful in many attempts to reach the company. I don't know where else to turn, The phone number listed has a mailbox that apparently has been full for months based on other reviews I have seen. The email listed is non-working and is returned by Mailer-Daemon. I am not from the Rochester area and have no way to contact this company. What a waste of money!
