      Incorrect billing MULTIPLE TIMES. They tell you to speak with your medical insurance. You do that, the medical insurance takes up to 30 days to review if you don’t pay Borg and Ide within 30 days of service they send you to collections. No option. Keep in mind, at the appointments I paid IN FULL the amounts Borg and Ide told me to pay. After the fact they sent several new charges. Some because they used the wrong billing code. This takes a little time to clear up with medical insurance and it’s medical, so patients might be out of commission from surgery for a time period. Very upset they sent me to collections with ZERO notice 1 statement sent and they expect payment in 30days FROM STATEMENT DATE, or straight to collections.
