    I signed up for a subscription and purchased an online program with a 14 day money back guarantee last month. After 3 days, I discovered the program didn't suit my needs so I requested that they cancel my subscription and return my money as the 14 day money back guarantee applied to me. They responded that ***************** had to personally review the request in 3-5 business days. I gave her 7 business before emailing again. I never heard from her. I had to dispute with my credit card company and I won. It's now a month later and they have billed me again for a subscription that I canceled. I emailed again and I am being told the same thing. ***************** needs to review my request and get back to me in 3-5 business days. They are scamming me and ignoring my request. I do not want this subscription and they refuse to cancel it.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Back in August I sent a complaint to the BBB in an attempt to get my 14 day money back guarantee for 2 product services I signed up for because ***************** wouldn't return my emails. I requested several times to cancel the monthly subscription and the application I purchased. She replied through the BBB that she would refund my money. I trusted her to do this as she replied through here that she would, but she has not. I disputed the issue with my credit card and submitted the proof that she agreed to refund both charges, but my credit card people are saying because she didn't state an amount of the refund that they cannot proceed. I want my money back for a product I canceled withing the 14 days and that ****** promised to return. The amount is for $37 for the membership and $197 for the program.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    I have an email from ****** stating that my refund had been issued on August 13, 2023. It never was. That is why I disputed with the credit card company. The service was not as described. The program is outdated and didn't produce what was promised. I have attached the email communication with the promised refund that I never received.
