    TJ Fatta Associates failed to deliver. Delivered kitchen cabinets with hairline cracks and said he'd return them but never did. Left us with no heat the winter of 2022 even though "he" installed our gas oven not telling us the gas was off, literally left us in the cold. Terrible communication, only through texting. He blocked me (the client), then when he wanted to send something, couldn't, saying his niece was playing with his phone. Incapable of telling the truth. Threatened to put a lien on our home if we didn't pay him (delusional?). What gave hime that idea? Paid him over $200,000 and didn't complete the job. We had to pay an electrician and plumber to redo the outlets and basement toilet had to be reinstalled as it wasn't installed correctly. Too many issues to mention here as BBB gives you limited space. Installed the wrong kitchen backsplash, so we lost $2,000 as the company wouldn't take back the order. ***** is devoid of empathy towards us, his client and caused so much stress, we lost weight and had many sleepless nights throughout the year.I write this and challenge man-child ***** to refute everything here and can prove everything I have written here. And it doesnt matter as man-child ***** said I am retiring! Probably another bold-faced lie! He claims he worked at our house way longer than it should have taken. Well, wait a second, while working, he took two trips to *****, he had to go fix a leak in his mothers basement, had to go to the dentist, take the dog to the vet, take his wife to the ear doctor and work on other projects all on our time, so yes, it took a year and halfhis fault (Sept. 2021~Mar.23) as man-child ***** was calling all the shots. Let this is a warning to others...
